1 ON 1 TRAINING AND LESSONS

Concentrate on specific skills to enhance your game. Typically, 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes and must be scheduled in advance with your trainer.

Enjoys playing golf in spare time, and watching his two sons participate in sports. Chad volunteers as a coach with the Miracle Baseball league in Arlington. Oldest son Caden was drafted by the LA Dodgers, and plays baseball at Princeton University. Chad’s professional life has revolved around evaluating and developing athletes at an elite level. He also spends time developing and mentoring amateur athletes in all sports.

Lobas Aguascalientes: 15.9ppg and recorded 10.3rpg (#2 in the league), 2.4apg and 2.4spg. Dillard helped them to win the LMBPF title. All-Mexican LMBPF Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year and Forward of the Year.

Pully Switzerland: 18.9ppg. 12.9 rebounds. (1st in the league) 3.1 assist pg. 4.2 steals pg. 2nd team & all-import team.

High School: Midwest City High School, I played basketball, volleyball, tennis & track & field.

 

My hobbies are reading and traveling the globe. While I have checked a lot of countries off of my bucket list, I wish to see the 8 wonders of the world. What I love most about traveling is that regardless of the language barrier, I am always able to connect with the natives through sports. For me, the best part about sports and training athletes is the competition. Games are always evolving, but one thing that seems to stay the same (no matter where you are in the world) is the competitiveness amongst athletes.

Charles Silmon broke the 10-second barrier in the 100m to join the exclusive group of men to do so at the 2013 USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Following a full collegiate season at Texas Christian, his third place finish garnered him a spot on Team USA for the World Outdoor Championships. He showed his versatility weeks later and his ability at the professional level in being a part of the winning 4x100m relay at the Monaco Diamond League meet. A successful sprinter from a young age, Silmon’s career includes a World Junior Championships gold medal, a NACAC U-23 gold medal and an NCAA Outdoor 100m title. His collegiate career includes 12 conference titles between the Mountain West Conference and the Big 12 Conference, which TCU joined before his senior season.

While in College : Quarterback. Played 2 years in the Pac 12 at WSU 2012-2014 under Coach Mike Leach and went to one bowl game while with the Cougars. Transferred to the University of New Mexico and helped the Lobos to a 7-5 and 9-4 seasons and back to back bowl games as a junior and senior, also sharing the Mountain West division champs in 2016.

Professional Experience: Had tryouts with the New England Patriots, Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills before playing 3 seasons in the CFL with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Montreal Alouettes and the BC Lions.

While in High School:3 year starter at QB for Silver Creek High School under his dad and head coach Mike Apodaca. Was named All Colorado after a senior season when he totaled 53 touchdowns and 4,000 yards passing. Took his team to the state championship that year in 2011-2012 season. Was named Top 15 QB’s in the West Coast coming out of high school. Also 3 year starter as a baseball and basketball player.

Brief Summary: Austin has passion for football and loves what the game teaches about life. He loves to coach kids and help them follow their dreams. Coaching is in his blood and wants to do everything he can to help better kids as people and as athletes.

Brief Summary: Selected in the 9th round (283 pick) of MLB Amatuer Draft by the Baltimore Orioles. Currently plays for the Oriole organization as an outfielder.

I am currently a American-Nigerian professional sprinter and have competed for Nigeria’s national team in the 2012 World Junior Championship in Barcelona, the 2013 a World Championship In Moscow, and the 2015 World Championship in Beijing. I currently represent the USA. My events are the 60m dash, the 100 m dash, and 200m dash.

While in Highschool:

I attended Ursuline Academy of Dallas for all 4 years of highschool. I played basketball my freshman year and ran track all 4 years. My team won our 5A TAPPS state track and field championship meet 4 consecutive years from 2008-2011. I also am the Women’s 100 m champion for the 5A TAPPS state championship from 2009-2011 seasons.

Brief Summary:

Helping individuals transform their lives and reach their goals is truly a passion of mine. I have been training clients for 4 years now from middle school athletes to elderly clients in their 70s. Having trained that broad spectrum of individuals has helped me be a more versatile and seasoned fitness coach. From training a young athlete with speed and agility to training an elderly woman with major disabilities, I can personal say that I enjoy a challenge and love to show individuals that they can push through their barriers and accomplish tasks they doubted was even possible.
