4S RANCH PROGRAMS

Redline has tailored training programs that best suit your individual and team goals.

1 ON 1 TRAINING AND LESSONS

Private 1-on-1 training lessons are a great way to improve on the field. Many RedLine athletes show substantial improvement when they receive private lessons from our skilled instructors.

1-on-1 training allows athletes to concentrate on specific skills required to make it to the next level. Typically, 1-on-1 sports training sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes or a full hour. These sessions must be scheduled in advance with your specific trainer.

TEAM TRAINING

RedLine Athletics is the right choice to help your club team get to the next level. We can custom design a training program to fit your schedule and achieve your goals. Many teams find that training with RedLine Athletics helps them develop superior athletes and allows coaches to focus their limited practices on strategy, execution and teamwork.

INTRO TO SPORTS

Is a fun and fulfilling experience for any young athlete as well as their parents. Our programs are tailored for children ages 3 and up, of any skill level, whether or not they have ever participated in an organized athletic setting previously. We apply an expertise earned over a decade of training thousands of young athletes. Our Intro to Sports camps are convenient, affordable, and available in all of our performance centers.

ADULT BOOT CAMP

These classes are are personalized and made for people 18 to 80 who want to workout at their preferred level and pace. They offer more feedback than traditional classes. From trainers have high level college or professional athletics experience that are eager to share with you how to take advantage of the tools they have used throughout their careers. Setting a high bar on your goals means you will have to work hard to get there but there is nothing we like more than being with you every step of that journey.

THE 4S RANCH PERFORMANCE TEAM

All of our coaches have competed at the collegiate or professional level and are certified.

PJ GARCIA

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

PJ Garcia was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Growing up, PJ played multiple sports ranging from baseball to volleyball and multiple others. In high school, PJ narrowed his focus on baseball and football where he received his varsity letter sophomore year. After his senior season, Garcia was recognized as 1st Team All-Region in both Baseball and Football. PJ was also recognized as his regions Offensive Player of the Year in Football, and hit over .500 in baseball. PJ had received scholarship offers for both sports. PJ accepted a scholarship to play baseball at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. Through his four-year career, PJ received All-Conference honors 3 of 4 his years.

James Shertz

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

James Shertz was born and raised in San Diego, Califonia. Growing up James loved playing all sports, ranging from basketball to wrestling. James attended Rancho Bernardo High School where he focused solely on his basketball career. After his senior season, James Shertz was recognized with All League honors and Offensive player of the year for the Broncos. Shertz then accepted a scholarship to play basketball for Massanutten Military Academy in Virginia. James graduated from Cal State University San Marcos with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. James has been coaching in the 4S community for the past 7 years at Del Norte High School and with the Nighthawks Youth Basketball Club. James has also volunteered his time to speak at local coaching clinics and he was a volunteer basketball coach at his Alma Mater, CSUSM. 

NATALIE HARRINGTON

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Natalie Harrington grew up in Oregon City OR where she played multiple sports including soccer, basketball, softball and lacrosse. In high school she competed at the varsity level all four years in soccer and lacrosse earning varsity letters. Harrington was recognized as a 1st team All-State lacrosse player her Sophomore, Junior and senior year. She was also named an All-American, state champion and MVP of state championship in 2009. Harrington went on to play at Fresno State University as a D1 lacrosse player. Harrington went on to be named the first ever head women’s lacrosse coach at George Fox University, winning 2 NWC NCAA Championships. Natalie was named Coach of the Year in 2018 after taking Lincoln high school to the semi-finals, something Lincoln hadn’t done in 10 plus years. Harrington is a certified EMT and is pursuing a career in law enforcement.

 

ALEX ELIOPULOS

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Alex Eliopulos was born and raised in San Diego, CA. Alex attended La Jolla High School where during his senior season, received a scholarship to play baseball for Lewis-Clark State College, a NAIA powerhouse in Lewiston, Idaho. He went on to play three seasons from 2016-2019 for the University of California, San Diego. Alex played a significant role in leading his team to the Division II World Series three straight years. After having his career best 2018 season, Alex received a call to sign with the St. Louis Cardinals. Having another year left of school, he decided not to sign and play his redshirt senior season. This past year Alex graduated from University of California, San Diego with a degree in Sociology-Law and Society. He gives credit to the UCSD sports performance staff helping him fall in love with fitness and the edge it gives young athletes over their peers. Alex still has a passion for baseball and enjoys spreading his knowledge to the younger generation. Summer of 2019 he worked with the San Diego Padres running youth baseball camps across San Diego

 

MACK KLAFTER

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Mack was raised in Mesa, Arizona where he attended Red Mountain High School and graduated in 2018. Mack played varsity baseball and football as a sophomore and received all region recognitions for both baseball and football his junior year. Unfortunately, he fractured his back prior to his senior year of football and wasn’t able to participate in football nor baseball. Despite this obstacle Mack was able to continue his football career by attending Scottsdale Community College where he played linebacker. He was a part of the last fighting artichoke team that also was ranked 4th in the nation at one point in the season. Mack looks forward to helping athletes focus on injury prevention in addition to strength training as well as increasing flexibility.
