In 2010 Redline Athletics in San Juan Capistrano began training two young competitive figure skaters. The children’s father, John Leonesio, had a successful career in the fitness industry and hadfounded the successful Massage Envy franchise system and had also taken The Joint Chiropractic franchise national.

John approached the owners of Redline Athletics for advice on his growing concept. Casual conversations turned into a more formal evaluation of the RedLine Athletics business model, John opened his own location. For those dynamic entrepreneurs interested in growing the Redline brand on a broader level, the Regional Developer role is an individual or group that secures the rights to a specific geographical area of multiple franchise locations. The role of a Regional Developer is to develop Redline Athletics facilities in their territory by recruiting qualified franchisees from within their existing networks, as well as other qualified lead sources, and providing them ongoing support and coaching with assistance from the corporate franchisor support team.

A limited number of Regional Developer contracts will be awarded throughout the country. There are less than 25 of the initial allocation still available!

As a Redline Athletics Performance Center Franchise Partner you will own a business with unlimited potential in the growing $5 billion a year youth sports market. While the target age group is 8 to 18 years old, through our extended programs your clients can range from 8 to adult. Our Master Broker and corporate teams will assist in running territory demographics, negotiate lease terms, and answer any other questions you may have. Our Master Broker is tenant represented only, meaning that you know that there is always somebody on your side. Upon becoming a franchisee, your first step is finding a location for your Redline Athletics Performance Center. We utilize detailed mapping and demographics to assist you in your site search and advise you through the final lease documentation. The ideal site is 7,500 to 15,000 square feet in a location viewable from major traffic areas.

Redline Athletics Training Centers work within a Master Broker platform. TRAINING

Once construction is completed, the regional developer will hold training in your center to fully prepare you and your staff for opening day. This training consists of hands-on teaching including the POS system, service techniques, and overall center etiquette. You will have a member from the corporate and/or RD team to support you on your opening day. Our goal is to provide you and your team with the right tools to have the greatest opportunity for success.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS

Our proprietary operations manual will detail the key business systems needed to open, operate and grow your Redline Athletics Performance Center. From start-up checklist to sales focused business processes you will have access to all our business systems.
